Private flights offer you VIP Premium care from the beginning and, truth be told, from the moment you contact us. No lines, enabling significant and critical time saving, both at airports and with direct and shortened routes to destinations that can only be reached with connections. A private flight provides full privacy, discretion, safety and flexibility. You can choose the point of origin, the destination and the flight time. In addition, you can keep the crew and aircraft and travel the world as you wish.

Arrow Aviation flies anywhere, including very distant, difficult to land and sensitive destinations. However, Arrow Aviation only operates upon cooperation and licensing, and according to the law. We will never put our crews or customers in danger and, as such, we do not reach a short list of destinations that the Israeli government considers hostile and/or enemy countries.

The company owns a variety of jets (light, mid, heavy) intended to provide a proper, efficient and elegant solution for each flight.

Arrow Aviation operates private flights for all purposes; business, vacation, medical flights, rescue flights, cargo flights and test flights. In addition, every flight can be rendered a kosher flight upon customer request.

Three main variables impact the flight price: Aircraft model, destination (flight hours/special taxes) and related services.

Aircraft model: The aircraft model, size, accessory level and number of seats impact the purchasing, maintenance and operation costs and fuel consumption – thus impacting the price.

Destination: The destination determines the flight time, required fuel, crew type (full, reinforced, double) and specific commissions for certain destinations. These are all parameters that incur additional costs and impact the flight price.

Related Services: Related services also impact the flight price. Such services can include use of the lounge at the origin and destination airports, ordering food and beverages beyond the plane menu (which is rich and varied), transfers to and from the airport, special requests and more.

Additional Costs: Stopover for refueling, maintenance or logistics. Handling fees at stopovers and the final destination, mandatory fees for each passenger and more.

Arrow Aviation takes pride in its ability to provide a swift, even immediate, response for any flight and any request. You can be in the air within just 3 hours!

However, the earlier you book the flight, the greater the flexibility and your ability to the flight parameters, such as takeoff time, plane model, special requests, specific crew, unique food and more.

Of course. Just like any service provider, Arrow Aviation has a cancellation policy intended to provide the customer with the required conduct for maintaining flexibility and economic efficiency and to enable the company to operate in an orderly and ongoing manner. Special incidents, exceptions, immediate requests or special reasons for cancellation (security situation, natural disaster, etc.) are of course considered in each transaction.

Checklist relevant for any flight:

Insurance, foreign currency or secure international credit card, entry visa (if required at the destination), Esim or cellular package, valid passport, foreign passport (if any and preferable), vaccinations (where needed), booking accommodations and hotels, reviewing recommended restaurants, booking a lounge for meeting and, of course: booking the return flight…

Two days prior to the flight:

Receive a brief from the airline: Transportation place and time or cab reservations in advance. Terminal or airport meeting point + precise and updated flight times, additional service booking confirmations: Transportation, luggage, handling, hotels and anything booked through us. Additional, special requests, food preferences and any other matter requiring preparation in advance. Do not forget to send in a signed contract and payment confirmation.
